Return policy

Our policy is 30 days. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, unfortunately we can no longer offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer, we will give you an address based on your location.

There are certain situations in which only partial refunds are granted :
* Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts for reasons that are not due to our error.
* Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable) One
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you whether or not your refund has been approved.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or initial payment method within a number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund, check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@heysmilecoco.com and send your item to the address our customer will give you based on your location.

You will have to pay your own shipping charges for the return of your item. Shipping charges are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, the time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a tracking service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
